Now I'm not sure what crazy definition of mahogany they were looking at but this is about as far from mahogony as it gets. More like, orange pine. I contacted the vendor about returning for a refund, but found that they wouldn't cover the shipping back. With an item that weighs about 100 lbs, there is no way I could (or want) to drag the box down to the car and to the post office and pay ANOTHER $50 shipping to send it back.
