It was fairly easy to assemble, but took a couple of hours. The instructions are in the form of a diagram with no written instructions. Most of the parts are not marked and it took a bit of time to figure out which part went where. All in all, a great stand. 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. GOOD! By K. Excellent High-quality stand By S. McIntosh This is an excellent, high-quality stand. I am really impressed with the build quality of the components. The instructions were easy to follow and it took maybe an hour to put together. Once assembled, this is a very sturdy piece of furniture. I really like that you can adjust the height of your panel and swivel (very smooth btw). Also, the panel mounting bracket is quite ingenious and makes it easy to mount and remove, though you do need 2 people. Although they say this is rated to 47", I have a 50" Panasonic plasma mounted on mine and it is well within the weight limit. The gloss black shelving and uprights perfectly compliment the plasma cabinet. I went for the brushed aluminum inserts for a contemporary look and they really pop.
